Your agency's knowledge, on every account

Agentwork connects to your agency's Slack, Google Drive, HubSpot, and project tools, and answers questions about clients, briefs, past campaigns, and who knows what, with sources you can check. When it isn't written down, it asks the colleague who knows.

How it works

  1. Integrate

Connect Slack, Google Drive, HubSpot, Figma, and your project tool. Agentwork brings briefs, client feedback, and past campaigns into one place your whole agency can draw from.

  2. Ask

Ask about any client, brief, or campaign and get an answer with links to the brief, thread, or call it came from. No digging through old folders or waiting on the account lead.

  3. Improves

When the answer isn't written down, Agentwork asks the colleague who knows and saves the reply. What your agency learns on one account is ready for the next.

Every client, every campaign. Everything your agency knows.

Sourced answers, client work kept with the right people, and knowledge that grows with every campaign

Shared knowledge for the team. Private knowledge that stays yours.

Agentwork connects in two layers: shared sources everyone can see, and private ones each employee connects through their own account — private data never surfaces in someone else's answer. The boundary is enforced in code, not the model's judgment.

Integrations: Slack, Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Gmail, Figma, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Fireflies.

Questions

Which tools does Agentwork connect to?

Agentwork connects to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar), Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar), Fireflies, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, Shopify, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Granola, Pleo, Numina, Oneleet, n8n, and Semrush. You can also connect AI tools to Agentwork through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We work on adding new integrations every day.

Can freelancers and contractors see other clients' work?

Only if they can already open it. Agentwork follows the access rules your tools already enforce, so a freelancer who only has access to one client's folder and channel only gets answers from that client's work.

Can we keep work for competing clients apart?

Yes. If work for competing clients is restricted to different teams in your tools today, Agentwork keeps it restricted the same way. People never get answers drawn from sources they can't already open.

How do we find past campaigns and case studies for a pitch?

Ask in plain language, like “Which retail campaigns can we show for this pitch?” Agentwork searches briefs, decks, and results across your tools and links to the exact files.

Is client work used to train AI models?

No. Your data is encrypted in transit and only processed to answer your team's questions, never to train shared models. No Agentwork employee can browse or read your content, and you can disconnect any source or delete everything at any time.

Who are your sub-processors?

We deliberately keep our supply chain small and exclusively EU-based. Every sub-processor we rely on operates within the EU, so your data never leaves European infrastructure. A current list is available in our DPA on request.
