These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentwork website at www.agentwork.com (the "Site") and the Agentwork software service (the "Service"), provided by FermAI ApS, CVR no. 45902749, Brønshøj Kirkevej 26, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark ("FermAI", "we", "us"). The Service is intended solely for business and organizational use. By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and, where you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind it. In these Terms, "you" refers to you and any organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Agentwork is a company knowledge platform. It connects to tools you authorize (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, and GitHub), answers questions over that knowledge, identifies knowledge gaps, and acts as a context layer for AI agents.
We offer the Service on one or more paid subscription tiers, as described at the time of purchase. New organizations may start on a free trial of limited duration, as described when you sign up; when the trial ends without a subscription, we may pause or limit functionality (for example, stop syncing your connected tools or refuse new connections) until a subscription starts. We may change, limit, or discontinue the free trial at any time.
We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to a paid tier you are subscribed to.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act for the organization you represent, and using the Service for business purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, summaries, and other output ("Output"). You acknowledge that:
You should not use Output as the sole basis for decisions that have legal, financial, safety, or similarly significant consequences without independent human verification.
Your Content. "Your Content" means the data, documents, and information you or your connected tools make available to the Service. As between you and us, you retain all rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and support the Service.
Permissions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect your tools and to make Your Content available to the Service, and for respecting any access controls within your organization.
Data protection. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of the Service, we act as your data processor and you act as the data controller. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available at https://trust.agentwork.com, which forms part of these Terms. Our handling of personal data for which we are the controller (such as account and usage data) is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, our users, or our systems, including in response to a breach of this section.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase (for example, monthly or annually). Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may change subscription prices or the features of any tier with reasonable prior notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. We may modify or withdraw the free trial at any time.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your continued use poses a security or legal risk. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Your Content available for export, or delete it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DPA and applicable retention periods.
The Service, the Site, and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by FermAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate or complete.
This section does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will use it only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or through the Service. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
