Answers about your product, with the source

Agentwork connects to your Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, and support tools, and answers questions about your product, customers, and decisions, with sources you can check. When it isn't written down, it asks the colleague who knows.

How it works

  1. Integrate

Connect Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, and your support and CRM tools. Agentwork follows the permissions you already have.

  2. Ask

Ask why something was built this way, whether a bug is fixed, or who owns a service. Get a sourced answer without pinging the one engineer who remembers.

  3. Improves

When the answer isn't written down, Agentwork asks the colleague who knows and saves the reply. The next new hire doesn't have to ask again.

Engineering, product, support, and sales. One place to ask.

Sourced answers, permissions that match your tools, and knowledge that keeps up with every release

Shared knowledge for the team. Private knowledge that stays yours.

Agentwork connects in two layers: shared sources everyone can see, and private ones each employee connects through their own account — private data never surfaces in someone else's answer. The boundary is enforced in code, not the model's judgment.

Integrations: Slack, GitHub, Linear, Jira, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Gmail, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, PostHog, Stripe, Sentry, Figma.

Questions

Which tools does Agentwork connect to?

Agentwork connects to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar), Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar), Fireflies, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, Shopify, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Granola, Pleo, Numina, Oneleet, n8n, and Semrush. You can also connect AI tools to Agentwork through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We work on adding new integrations every day.

Does Agentwork read our code, and can we limit which repositories it sees?

Agentwork connects to GitHub through a GitHub App. When you install it, you choose exactly which repositories it can read, and you can change that selection in GitHub at any time.

Will someone in sales see private engineering channels or security issues?

No. Agentwork follows the access rules your tools already enforce. People only get answers drawn from channels, documents, and issues they can already open, so private conversations stay private.

What happens when the answer isn't written down anywhere?

It doesn't guess. Agentwork works out who is most likely to know and sends them one short, specific question. Their answer is saved, so the next person who asks gets it instantly and nobody has to ping the same engineer again.

Is our code or customer data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is encrypted in transit and only processed to answer your team's questions, never to train shared models. No Agentwork employee can browse or read your content, and you can disconnect any source or delete everything at any time.

Who are your sub-processors?

We deliberately keep our supply chain small and exclusively EU-based. Every sub-processor we rely on operates within the EU, so your data never leaves European infrastructure. A current list is available in our DPA on request.
